TL;DR- scored good in a free mock test without prep and then scored worse after preparation. What do I do? Also, I especially have a problem with DI, so how do I overcome that?? Hi guys, I'm quite new to this forum and GMAT prep. Never thought I'd text in the group but I need srs help now Due to circumstances and counseling, I have to give my GMAT with only a month's prep. To even decide if it's possible I gave a free mock on mba.com as a diagnostic test and got 525 without studying. This gave me hope that it is possible to grow my score by like 200 marks in a month (it sounds a bit ridiculous NOW). It's been 20 days now, I have done EVERY question of OG GMAT guide book for Quants and relatively fewer questions of DI and VARC. Have also done more practise questions apart from that. However, now when I gave a mock in my portal, I got 325. Then I gave another one after 2 days and got 425. I am crashing down now.... I am questioning how much prep is enough prep and how do I get my DI better which is the main killer in my mocks?? Thank you for sparing your time to read this. Pls help if you can🙏
