Parameter for high medium low level is different for GMAT club n Actual GMAT. But yeah when your scoring 85+ then u can expect only medium or high level.

For RC, During Practice take as much time as possible to understand the RC very deeply, all the questions stem and answer choices. As you practice this and your ability to make connections increases, time in RC would eventually reduce but this requires deliberate conscious efforts to understand everything very deeply during practice.

Yes it totally improves accuracy, atleast I can say from my experience. Reading Comprehension is basically how well you comprehend the given text. If you consistently practice to deeply understand different RC's, your ability to make connections and understand the text in less time would increase and that would be very much reflected on your accuracy on the questions.

When the GMAT presents you with two facts that seem completely contradictory, your instinct might be to argue with the facts. Don't do it. Your job is simply to find the missing puzzle piece that makes the weird situation make perfect, logical sense.
