What are the chances of getting 10 805+ questions in quant? provided that you are not able to do very good?

Yeah.. what are the odds? Should I be ready for something like this? I am usually able to solve 805+ questions but it takes me a hell lot of time, so should I be prepared for that?

Getting 10 questions of 805+ level is not possible in my opinion

If you keep doing good in quant, it'll throw 705-805 level questions at around 5-6 questions in my opinion

Doing good in medium level questions, that is, around 655 level is atmost important. GMAT punishes you if you falter here and so the algorithm won't throw you higher percentile questions

But doing 805+ level questions pushes your limit and teaches you important things in my opinion which also involves letting go of those questions besides obviously solving them.

Checked it on gmat club forum questions. The M-<question number> questions were all labelled 805+ for these questions. Is that reliable?

No no no. So I took a gmat club mock yoday and got 10 questions which are marked as 805+ on the forum. And a total of 14 705+ which made me wonder if this is a possibility in actual exam.

That is your problem - you cannot look at the difficulty indicated on the Forum.

Let me explain - the test and the Forum have a completely separate difficulty estimation systems. The test always have a much bigger number of attempts and much more accurate.

The Forum often has only 30 or 40 people taking one question whereas in the tests, you have thousands or tens of thousands taking the question with a much deeper difficulty level.

You you did not get 10 questions at that level you just incorrectly gathered statistics.
