Hi all
I attempted the GMAT official practice exam 1 yesterday. After completing the Quant, Verbal and IR sections, the screen froze. All I see is a white screen with the title "Integrated Reasoning" and the usual options like Next, Expand, Save for later, etc. I'm unable to proceed further to AWA. Tried the following without success.
1. Logged out and signed in again - Fail
2. Logged out, cleared cache, browsing data, cookies, etc. and opened in an incognito window - Fail
3. Waited 16 hours - Fail
4. Mailed them - Fail
5. Tried to pause, click next, save for later, etc. - None work - Fail
Is there anything I can do? I have not reset the exam yet. But, if I reset, will I get the scaled scores of Quant, Verbal and IR?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi. Sorry about that and thank you for reporting. We are somewhat in the unchartered waters but this seems to have been unfortunately predictable…. New platforms tend to glitch and that’s true for anyone including Microsoft and Apple…. I’m happy to give advice but it would be just me pulling things out of thin air and I don’t feel that would be the best course of action.
I guess I could try taking a test and terminating it during the IR to see if I would get a score. Is that what you’re considering?

Definitely.
I'm willing to reset the test provided I get the scores of Quant and Verbal. If you could do that, it would be very helpful.
