This is so frustrating, they make it absolutely impossible to reach them by phone or email. I've currently been on hold for 30 minutes as I get the run around from every person I speak to who tries to push me on someone else. I think they're simply hoping I hang up due to being on hold for so long at this point.

Extremely unprofessional by Pearson/GMAC - I don't know what to do at this point.

edit: Update - after one straight hour on the phone and being transferred FIVE TIMES between Examity/Pearson/GMAC I ended up right where I started as the final number I was given was disconnected. It became very obvious there was a concerted effort being made to avoid speaking to any callers or giving any answers. I don't know what exactly is happening here but it feels like they're hiding some massive issue and it's not helping reduce my stress about this situation ..

Hi buddy, we’re in the same boat, and sorry for our experience. It’s 15 business from now, and still no response, neither calls or emails. Yesterday I called them 9 times but none of the calls got through. I don’t know why. As Christmas holiday is approaching, I don’t know if they could release our official report before Dec. 24th. Super worried now.

Any updates from you?

It took them 30 calendar days (20 business days) but I have received my official score, finally… I did not get a notification by mail.

Thanks for the update! That's encouraging news as it means I should hear back within a week or so (assuming no additional delays to holiday season).

Just had a talk with with a guy from GMAC Customer Service. He said he doesn't know the reasons for delay and as the 20 business days review period is done for me, an enquiry to the scoring team has been sent.

They are so unprofessional and non-empathetic. He said after 20 business days period too they can not provide a time period for the score availablity.

This is the level of unprofessionalism and mismanagement shown by GMAC, an organisation that conducts world's most popular MANAGEMENT test.

Worst part is that they haven't informed me of any administrative review or anything.

Agreed - they are extremely unprofessional and ineffective.

I'm curious though, how did you manage to get a (somewhat) helpful CC agent on the phone? No matter who I spoke to after being transferred 5 times, the person always had an excuse for why they weren't equipped to help me in any way and pushed me off to the next person (who said the same thing). Would be great if you can share the number for the call center which was able to actually escalate your case. Thanks!

Hah, another Nov. 27th taker - welcome to the club :)

On your questions, my exam was not flagged for review (didn't receive an email on that and status shows as 'Pending') and still awaiting result.

Hi buddy, welcome! I’m still waiting for the score right now, though wasn’t flagged under review.

Hi guys,

I finally got my results today after a long wait.

Just want to share my experience, maybe it will be useful to someone.

The trigger which resulted in the release of my score was that i was able to show that i really needed it. (my university doens't aprove the application without the official score)
Also, the university tried to help me out by contacting GMAC themselves. I think this also helped to speed up the proces.

The contact number i used is: +1 703-546-9944.
They don't answer the call immediately and after some time the call gets disconnected too, eventually they will pick up ( usually the 5th or 6th time).

One additional note: you can call and ask to priortize your score release once you pass the 20 business days.

All the best!

21 business days have passed - no updates from my side. Any luck for others?

I will reach out to the number RGA posted above and see if I'm able to reach anyone helpful.

So I called that number which was posted above (by RGA) many times and could not get through to anyone. I eventually just left a voicemail which finally prompted GMAC to respond to my pending email. Unfortunately they've just stated that "they have no updates and they apologize for the delayed score and understand the urgency." They also stated the issue was escalated and that they're awaiting an update from their team.

So the wait continues... this is 24th business day since exam.

Guys. Just a quick update.
Got my official online scores today. (After 46 calendar and 31 business days)
I missed my deadlines yesterday but as there are some changes in career plans I'll be shifting my Masters' plan to next year/forthcoming years.
All the best to those waiting. If you've not cheated, you'll get the scores!

Good news on my end as well - I received my official score report today (29 business days later).

Good luck all! It seems you need to budget for about 28-32 business days to receive score report (based on scores received in this forum).
