GMAT Online Reschedule Fee

Question

Does anyone know what the fee is for rescheduling the GMAT Online exam if you reschedule less than a week (but more than 24 hours) in advance? I don't see this on their website.

According to the information at www.mba.com (which you can find here: https://www.mba.com/exams/gmat-online) there is NO reschedule fee for the At-home GMAT.

If you take the GMAT under normal testing conditions though (re: at a Test Facility), the reschedule fee depends on how far in advance of your Official Test Date you log in to reschedule. That table of information can be found here: https://www.mba.com/frequently-asked-qu ... ce-changes)

1) Have you scheduled an At-home Exam appointment yet? Are you not quite feeling ready to take it yet or are there external factors that are forcing you to push back your Test Date?

It seems the rescheduling policies for gmat online have changed. Previously there was a mysterious period of 24 hrs before the test that was undefined. Now all change fees are waived for GMAT Online. I don’t think anything really has changed in practice but it’s a lot more clearer now.

According to the information at www.mba.com (linked in the above post - which you can find here: https://www.mba.com/exams/gmat-online) there is still NO reschedule fee for the At-home GMAT as long as you reschedule your Test at least 24 hours in advance.

There is a document on the gmat website called gmat or gmat online. It states there is no cancellation and rescheduling fees even for the offline exam.
Is that correct?

Hi - had a question regarding the rescheduling of my online exam (4 days left).

Can I reschedule my Online GMAT to Test-Center? If yes, so what fee is applicable? Since I see $25 for rescheduling online whereas $150 for rescheduling in-person (less than 14 days left).

Good idea... I am afraid I don’t have a verified answer. You will have to call the support and see if they let you reschedule for an in person test. In the past you had to ask for a refund but things have been changing especially with the introduction of fees.

I had seen a video on YouTube, in which GMAC representative was speaking to eGMAT. GMAC is clear that rescheduling cannot be between two different formats. If you actually wish to switch to the other format, the only way out is to cancel the scheduled test and apply for the different test format. So, if money is the only criteria, better stay with your test-center exam.
