kyyyychan - 40 calendar days is a long time, and I cheer on your patience. I recommend that you contact your local Pearson VUE customer care by using the contact information available on mba.com. That said, I do not think there's anything to worry about. We have seen test-takers receiving their official scores as late as one month after the test. Please let us know what the Pearson VUE support team tells you.

That said, I do not think there's anything to worry about. We have seen test-takers receiving their official scores as late as one month after the test. Please let us know what the Pearson VUE support team tells you.
Is there any difference between the Pearson VUE support team and the GMAC customer care team? I already contacted the GMAC customer care team, and they just keep telling me to wait. Is the Pearson VUE support team able to help me with score releasing?

No, they did not tell me any reason. This is the most annoying part, the only thing they told me is that they are waiting for a response from the scoring team. And actually, it is been another 15 business days since the first time that they escalated the case to the scoring team, and still counting. I really do not understand why it takes so long to figure out what happened to my score. It's just ridiculous.

I am also having the similar problem. I have given my GMAT on 6th August and did not receive the official score report yet. Been following up with them for the past 2 weeks and but did not receive any proper reply from them.
They responded only one time 7 days back that my exam has been flagged for review but did not receive any update further. Has anyone faced the same problem?

Indian customer care number is useless/invalid, no one's picking the US customer number, out of desperation called UK number but they said they dont have any control over online GMAT exam and that I need to contact them only thru mail.

Against the gmac policies, My gmat online proctor didn't allow me to take even the screenshot or a pic of score flashed after my test on 1st September. My deadline for a college is approaching and admission is subjected to submission of score before 7th September. Please suggest.

Before I started the exam, I forgot my safety question. I spent some time remembering it. Fortunately, I answered it. And after the exam, my examiner did not ask me to show him the whiteboard for inspection. I tried to contact the examiner, but he did not give me any answer. But in the end I showed my whiteboard to the camera. As a result, the day after the exam ended, I received an email that my GMAT online is flagged administrative review.

Anyone can help me or give me suggestions?
