Gmat online score delayed more than 27 business days

Just an update here. I received my score successfully 2 days back. So it took me 30 calendar days to get it.

Hey guys!

I finally received my score today after 46 calendar days! It sure is frustrating and there are days I felt extremely disheartened and planned to retake the GMAT.

I'd suggest someone in the same situation to be persistent with follow-ups and to keep looking out for new ways to reach out to GMAC. If you haven't done anything wrong in the exam, you'll surely receive your scores.

Hi, I gave my GMAT Online exam on 27th November 2021 and have still not received my official score. It has now been 22 business days, or 31 calendar days since this exam. I initially reached out to Pearson to ask them for an update, who informed me that they no longer serve as the GMAT Online delivery partner. They suggested me to reach out to Examity or Customer Care at MBA dot com.

Examity informed me that they cannot assist me with this query and told me to reach out to Customer Care at MBA dot com. I have reached out to them thrice now, with my first email being on the 13th of December. However I am receiving no response from them, and am anxious that this delay will cause me to miss my MBA application deadlines on 10th January. Can anyone assist me with this and let me know what I should do to get this resolved?

I have the same issue. I took the test on the 26th of November and havent received any notice as of now. Does anyone have an idea what I can do?

I wrote multiple emails but havent heard back from the customer care team at all.

My application deadline is in 14 days.

I have the exact same problem, my deadline is in 6 days and I am receiving no response from them!!! I'm going to call them today, this is getting ridiculous!

What do we even pay for if we dont receive any answer from the customer service or our score??

Took me 4-5 calls today to finally get through to a customer service representative. After I got connected, he took my GMAT ID and then disconnected the call. As soon as he disconnected, I got a response back on my emails saying the matter got escalated to internal team and they will get back to me once they receive a response.

I would suggest calling them on +17036689604 and logging your complaint, otherwise you will also get stuck like me.

I am in the same boat - waiting for my scores from Dec 13 online test. None of the phone numbers work - and I have been given the run around between Pearson and Examity and GMAC. They all pointed fingers at the other, and the email queries have gone nowhere.

Still hasn't been resolved for me! I'm waiting for the official scores since 27th November. I had to apply to my universities based on unofficial score, after speaking to the AdCom. I had the same problem, everyone points fingers to each other, it's a nightmare. Latest I got from them was that it got escalated to internal team. After that, they haven't responded back to several emails that I have sent!

Oh man - that's a nightmare scenario right there. There's practically nothing we can do if GMAC never comes thru!

I gave my exam in November and my scores went under administrative review. I received my scores after 20 business days and applied to my target bschool and have received an admit aswell. Today I have received an email from GMAC that my scores have been cancelled. Has anyone else faced this issue or can suggest the way forward to this?
