Hi, I gave my GMAT Online exam on 27th November 2021 and have still not received my official score. It has now been 22 business days, or 31 calendar days since this exam. I initially reached out to Pearson to ask them for an update, who informed me that they no longer serve as the GMAT Online delivery partner. They suggested me to reach out to Examity or Customer Care at MBA dot com.
Examity informed me that they cannot assist me with this query and told me to reach out to Customer Care at MBA dot com. I have reached out to them thrice now, with my first email being on the 13th of December. However I am receiving no response from them, and am anxious that this delay will cause me to miss my MBA application deadlines on 10th January. Can anyone assist me with this and let me know what I should do to get this resolved?
