I am planning to give GMAT attempt in Oct 21. I have around 12 yers of work ex with an age of 35 years and want to pursue 2 year full time MBA from the USA.

You're ultimately asking Admissions questions, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:

Based on your Work Experience, you might be better suited for an EMBA Program (and depending on the Programs that you might be interested in, studying for the Executive Assessment might be a better option than studying for the GMAT).

1) Do you have a list of Schools/Programs that you are interested in?
2) Are you planning to apply this application cycle (re: Round 2 or Round 3)?
3) Have you done any studying for the GMAT yet?
