Thank you so much for the response

I also wrote to the mba.com customer support and the team promptly provided me with the new code to access the official prep tests. So, this solves my issue. However, I am not able to review the previously attempted questions or my performance/scores - I have inquired the customer support team about this as well just this morning.
I understand your point on re-attempting the official prep tests. But, as it's been almost a year since I attempted these questions, I think re-attempting should not really inflate my test score 'too much'. (I wish I had a great memory, but unfortunately, I'm struggling and I've been preparing for almost 2 years now.) I believe, this also implies that if I am targetting 750 score in the real GMAT exam, then less than 750 in these repeated official prep practice tests should not be acceptable and would mean more thorough preparations. The least I expect is to get a feel of real GMAT exam questions, as much as possible, by practicing these official prep tests, scores of which could, understandably, be inflated. Learn from each official question's incorrect answer what did I miss.
Further, for mocks - I have used Veritas and
ExpertsGlobal full-length tests, and I must say they have been very helpful. I am currently attempting the last few
ExpertsGlobal tests, my avg score is 720 - not really sure how close the score is to that of the real GMAT exam. I was planning to purchase
MGMAT/Kaplan tests as well in case I still lack confidence or if I am not satisfied with the existing mock scores. I think I have solved enough questions from various sources - gmatclub (attempted all CATs, Quant & verbal, twice after a 1 year gap),
egmat (for Verbal section), Manhattan e-books (for theory), and of course all questions from OGs' & Verbal Review '19 & 20.
Sadly, it is taking too much of an effort to improve my score in the Verbal section - especially RC. Currently, I am focussing on improving my reading skills through gmatclub RC's, and attempting mocks to access my current status of score.

Hi Pankaj0901,
The interface at
https://www.mba.com was 'updated' a couple of months ago (back in February, I think) - and since you purchased that Exam Pack BEFORE the change took effect, then it's possible that the code that you purchased is no longer recognized by the current interface. I have to assume that this has happened to other users as well, but it's ultimately a Customer Service issue that will have to be dealt with by the team at
https://www.mba.com (so even though word is that it has become a bit tedious to deal with that organization's Customer Support, that's the only group that will be able to help you with your issue).
As an aside, while the most realistic CATs available are the 6 from GMAC, retaking a CAT that you've already taken is NOT a realistic way to assess your skills - since you will likely see some 'repeat' questions that you have already faced. Unfortunately, seeing even a couple of repeats can 'throw off' the Scoring Algorithm and impact your pacing, energy levels, fatigue, etc. (meaning that they would likely all appear to be better than they actually are). Thankfully, the CATs from Kaplan,
MGMAT and Veritas are all 'close enough' to the real thing that they will provide you with a relatively realistic score assessment (assuming that you correctly take the CAT in a realistic fashion that matches the parameters that you will face when you take the Official GMAT) - so you can use any NEW CATs from any of those sources next.
When are you scheduled to take the Official GMAT? How have you been scoring on your practice CATs/mocks?
