Anyone aware since when GMAT started charging for reschedule for "in-person" test?

Last I remember, reschedule and cancel charges were waived off. I myself rescheduled the exam in October!

They also haven't updated their website and still I am being shown a 100$ charge for rescheduling ;( ;(

Am I living in a tunnel or is this reschedule fee new? It says it is waived off on their site though ??? I mean sure, for online exam I was aware the charges were back, but when did they say about in-person test?

I am so bummed out. I mean isn't this fraud or something, mentioning waiver on their website and charging on gateway? I booked the exam under impression that I could reschedule later and now this :@

I got a reschedule fee waiver yesterday. I had to present my work email which mentioned employees need to quarantine.
This is ridiculous, firstly I had to wait almost 2 hours on hold to get my case sorted and secondly GMAC support mentioned that this is only one time waiver so the next time if I have a covid situation I need to pay the rescheduling fees.

Quick question: I took the GMAT yesterday. Am I able to sign up today for another sit-in (without waiting 16 days)?

Hi Guys,

any updates here?
I would like to push my test back a month. And I find it pathetic that I have to pay 150 dollars for it.
I am registered at a test centre. What happens if you are ill? What if you are in quarantine?
What do I have to show to get the fee refunded? Or isn't there any chance?
