I cannot register for another GMAT test center exam as it appears that "registration attempt limits reached". I took GMAT 6 times already and wanted to take another shot. My past GMAT exams (both test center-based and online) are as follows:

I understand that I can take the GMAT exam once every 16 calendar days and no more than five times in a rolling 12-month period. But, from this, I took only 4 times in the last 12 months period (from 6/12/20 to 6/12/21).
Should I be allowed to register for another exam? If I misunderstand, please advise me of the next exam date that can be registered.
Also, I tried to contact GMAC customer service but did not get any response. If anyone has other contact numbers that can be reached for Asia-Pacific, please tell me.

Given what you said, it appears that you should be able to take the GMAT again at this time.
Also, this is not the first time I've heard of someone not being able to register for the GMAT even though, according to the rules, he should have been able to.
So, yes, I think you should get in touch with GMAC and get this straigthened out.
On another note, you have two lifetime attempts left. Just be sure that you're ready for the GMAT when you use them. Giving the GMAT a shot and hoping for a good day generally doesn't work out.
