Hi NextGenNerd,

If you have not sent your Official Score Report to the School in question, then they School's Reps literally have NO idea whether you are telling the truth about your 760 or not. In addition, not sending your Report might be viewed as unprofessional - and you don't want anyone on the School's Admissions Committee thinking negative things about you. This is all meant to say that if we're talking about your first-choice Program, then you do not want to risk losing out on an invite (either to interview or attend) because you are trying to save $30 - so I would strongly suggest that you pay the fee to send that Report as soon as possible.

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

I have submitted my application for a b-school. But I had not selected this school on the list of 5 schools for which the GMAC sends the score report for free. Now should I send the score report by paying $30 immediately or can I wait till I get an interview invite?

Looking at the school list on your profile, I think I would order the score report
There are indeed some differences with programs being more open about the test scores and not having to spend $35 for a score report. However, if you want to be safe and communicate how excited you are to join a program, then getting a report is a great idea... if you have $35 to spare.

Hi NextGenNerd,

I agree that, as long as it's not too costly for you, that you should order the score report.

Hi guys, thanks for the responses. Don't know why I tried to overthink that, I sent the score reports to all the schools :)
