I recently gave my GMAT and scored a 610 ( Q41 and V33)
I have been prepping for 3 months, I used Magoosh and practiced from the GMAT OG book.
I work full time and approximately study 2-3 hours a day over the weekday and 5-6 hours over the weekends
I am taking my second attempt in 43 days, I wanted to know ways I can improve my score to 730 or above
I am a little disappointed with my score because in the official practice tests I was scoring between 610-700 (above Q45 on every test)
I mainly need to work on my verbal any recommendation on how to improve and a study plan plus resources will be really helpful.
I don't think I will have time to take another attempt after this since I have to apply for my master's in finance program.
A little background about me
I finished my under from Old Dominion University and majored in Finance and Business Analytics
I work Full time as a Financial Analyst at Toyota Financial Services
and I am hoping to apply for my Master of Finance in the US mainly in the top programs ( Columbia is my first option)
any advice will be helpful thanks!
