Hey Guys,
Can anyone guide on how to go about wrting SOP and Alternate Resume to be submitted along with application to colleges after taking GMAT? SOme of the questions that I have are:
1. What is the ideal word limit for SOP with short term and long term goals and Essay?
2. What should be the structure for both SOP as well as Essay?
3. Is there any profeesional help needed for this? If yes, can you guys suggest some?
If you have any additional knowledge, please feel free to add. Will really appreciate it!

Until and unless word limit is mentioned in application, there is technically no limit but to consider human readability and min word needed to convey the big picture, 500 to 700 should be good enough.
SOP and essay are different. Essay can ask you to focus on particular aspect of your personality or to give certain example to know you better, while SOP is all about why you want to pursue the certain course and why from that particular university/college.
With good introspection, I don't think one need a professional. Still if there is time crunch, a professional can be helpful.

Which colleges are you aiming for ? Are you aiming for IIMs or International ones ?
For (3) No need for a professional to help you. The main purpose is to show who you're, show them the reality. If they have issues, we can always go to the next college.
For (1) & (2), why dont you go to GMATClub youtube channel and get the required information ?
