Chiragparekh, the best materials to start with are the official guides. Pls. start with them, if you have not already. For detailed guides there are plenty of vendors available. We preferred Manhattan guides and tests. Forums like GMATClub help you get the best out of the crowd.
Srivicool, we started with scores around 650, lingered sufficiently around 680, 720 and finally around 760. Don't worry about time crunches in Verbal - with practice, you will be able to identify question patterns and answer them faster.
