Now isb has two different dates for gmat submissions..one was already over and the other is on Oct 15th. How will they go about selections? Ppl whose gmat is submitted by Sep 15th will have a different interview cycle is what they say. How does this work? Can ppl throw some light on this?

I made a post here.
It is better that we stick to one post because in my best estimated guess, we are not a very large crowd. I request you to follow that post.
I, myself am a differed gmat applicant.

and as for your question: nothing has been announced yet. Even the dates for regular submitted applications are not out yet.
My best guess is the that the interview invites might roll out in early November.

They'll not hold interviews for everyone because of small percentage.

What do you mean ?
They'll just offer invites ?

They can continue with the admission process for other candidates for all cities.

Remaining people can be called to Hyderabad for interview after 15th

yeah, probably if there is not a lot of junta.
Lets see how it turns out.

Heard there was a lot of ruckus created last year. Hope they smoothen out the process this time!!

It's rather confusing. Best thing probably is just wait and keep checking your inbox. Nevertheless in the webinars, the moderator clarified saying there will be two rounds of interviews for both Sep 15 and Oct 15 submissions.
