Test Date: July 30, 2025 at 8:00 AM
I took my GMAT at the Pearson Professional Centers on MG Road in Gurgaon on July 30th at 8 AM. Overall, I had a positive experience at this center, though there are a few things future test-takers should be aware of. I arrived 30 minutes early, which turned out to be adequate time. The check-in process was smooth and efficient with no delays or complications.
One important thing to note is that the center can be slightly tricky to locate since there are no clear directional boards in the building. I strongly recommend doing a trial visit before your actual test day to familiarize yourself with the exact location. This will save you unnecessary stress on the morning of your exam when you're already feeling nervous.
The test center facilities were excellent. The cleanliness was top-notch, the noise level was minimal with very few distractions, the temperature was comfortable throughout, and the seating was good with no discomfort during the test. The testing environment was definitely conducive to concentration. The computer, monitor, mouse, and keyboard all functioned properly without any technical issues.
However, I did have one issue that's worth mentioning. While they provide two pens or markers, you should check them thoroughly before starting your test. My first pen worked initially but stopped working midway through the exam. Fortunately, having a second pen saved me, but this could have been a serious problem if both had failed. I'd recommend requesting replacements immediately if either pen seems problematic during your initial check.
The staff were helpful and professional throughout the entire process, which made the experience much more pleasant. The break facilities were also well-managed. Locker facilities are available for your belongings, and you can use the restroom during your scheduled breaks. The process is straightforward where they check you back in after the break without any hassle.
Overall, I would recommend this center. It's a reliable testing location with good facilities and professional staff. Just make sure to visit beforehand to avoid any confusion with the location, arrive at least 30 minutes early, and thoroughly test both pens before beginning your exam.
