same goes for gc sectionals too?

Yes, the GMAT Club sectional tests follow the same style and difficulty as the full tests. Same question quality, same content, same overall feel. The adaptive algorithm is also the same in both. The only difference is that sectionals focus on one part at a time (Quant, DI, Verbal), but the question style and difficulty level remain the same.

Hi all I took my 1st attempt without any mock practice- I got 18/21 in quant, yet my percentile is 64 in quant. Can someone help me with this reasoning?

Here’s the English translation:

If you had edited it and that edit was continuously wrong, then maybe that’s why the marks were reduced

I edited 3 questions and one of them I did not change. The other 2 which I changed I got correct.

but still would 18/21 still make me get 64 percentile

See - it depends on the difficulty level of the questions as well...

I know someone who got 7 to 8 questions wrong in the actual paper - yet got a good score in quants...

yes but I feel even if I do get 18/21 in quant there would be a high chance that I would have answered some hard questions
