Most people are. I’ve talked to one 775 scorer who finished all of his GMAT prep quant tests 10 minutes early and even he said he was getting crushed and never actually managed to get a Q 90 on the test (he did on the real test) - so there is a bit of a harshness built into the questions and the tests but some of those questions are specifically designed to teach you new concepts or teach you new situations and how to apply concepts you know in completely unexpected ways - that’s what you will encounter on the hard GMAT questions. They may be easy to solve when you know how to solve them but knowing how to solve them is the very tricky part. So what you’re learning actually is how to solve unusual questions and that’s one of the biggest values of the test for someone who knows a lot of of the concepts.

i appreciate that insight, I’m running into these questions where I NEVER would expect or have seen in TTP / og questions so it’s definitely helpful but was getting discouraged after repeatedly scoring 80s and today a 79 im getting like a 100% accuracy on the meds and a 50% on these hard questions usually id get things wrong on these sectionals due to silly errors but today was purely concept gap / unfamiliarity with the pattern and question bb - have you seen people scoring q80s on gmat club getting a q85 on the real deal?

I know it is hard to appreciate it when you’re getting humbled and beat into the ground but it’s kind of like a workout where your trainer really works your butt — we have just developed a new scoring algorithm that is designed to be really precise and using the same methodology that’s used on the official test. I can try to run it on your tests but I will not be able to do it until Monday or Tuesday because I need to develop her to download your results in calculating them with the new algorithm... so this should give a much greater confidence level (basically a 50% confidence of +\- 1 or 75% of 2 points) which is probably even better tha GMAT Prep..... but I can’t get to it till next week 🥴

Hey have you worked with Offical questions from OG?

I gave three GMAT club full length tests before my actual exam. Scored Q80, Q82, Q81 in that order. Scored a Q84 in the actual exam. In the actual exam, I missed 3 questions. I was not able to understand the language/phrasing of one of the questions. The other two seem to be some calculation errors or silly mistakes

Thanks BB! I’d appreciate that once its ready i have around 10 sectionals completed for quant I scored a Q78 on my real exam before using these sectionals to study, prior to that I received around q84s on my official mocks q84 with 3 wrong is so brutal

I incorrectly answered 2 in exam and got Q82 - Reviewing the answer changing it hurts gmat score ig
