Plus I would suggest to not stress on the thought that high level questions need to be solved.
Rather solve medium level questions more rigorously together with some high level questions

I got V90 - my approach was
1. To make sure i am able to complete the questions on time
2. I practiced mock verbal questions - making a paper of my own. So like selected some questions of random topic and medium level.
So inplace of stressing on levels - i made sure to understand and catch the medium level questions very well.
