Surprise surprise

I was told/ suggested there are discounted mocks available, and they are reliable. I’m just checking if anyone has experience. If not, I’ll use MBA.com

So I have tried - GMATPoint, E-gmat, and Experts’ Global (for free mocks) and I found the last 2 two to be closer to the mocks given on mba.com

How’s the eGMAT mock though? Do the results give a true insight?

All I can say is - they penalize for the leaving questions unattended, their UI is different from that of the actual GMAT exam (and as seen on mba.com/gmatclub), rest all questions found in the mocks were kinda comparable to other mocks I have solved.

GMATPoint- i wouldn’t advise - i got almost 100points lower, and I am sure my prep is not that bad. I could see difficulty of the questions way more as well

Are the sectional practice tests (for DI/Quant/Verbal) also adaptive ? I got almost 17 out of 21 questions hard in my recent Quant Practice Test

Thanks. Yes, sectional and full tests both use the same Adaptive Model that is also used by the GMAT - you will get access to all though mostly interested in people taking the full tests (though you can take both types). the current model is adaptive but it is a fairly simple adaptive method. The new model is much more extensive and complex.

😂 - we already got 7 people signed up for this thing after 10 mins. wow. Lots of folks taking the test soon! Give me a day or two and I will be in touch - this likely will be open/available starting next week but I will see if we can do it before the weekend to give everyone more practice time.

Oh. Sorry for not chiming in. All GMAT Prep questions should be tagged by their original posters. You can check your error log for sources and see if you did any GMAT Prep (Fucus) and potentially stay away from them in the forums (they should be clearly tagged/marked)
