Hi,
I have my GMAT ONLINE tomorrow. I read that one should read questions via lip movement but i sometimes while reading especially in CR or RC tend to read lines via lip movement to myself not really loud, in order to get the gist of the contents. I have been doing it in mocks so that i connect with the content better. Do I really have to read within myself and cant even slowly read out the contents to understand better with very less lip movement as this is how I am comfortable while giving the exam. Any inputs to this will be highly appreciated on how to approach this scenario to avoid any violation.

You could try reading with little lip movement. Generally, what happens is that test-taker is reading basically out loud, and the proctor asks the test-taker to stop. So, if you are doing something fairly subtle, the proctor may not have an issue with it.
