GMAT website not working

Question

Hi Everone,

I am trying to access the GMAT prep website, It was working fine till 10:00 am.

After that, I am not able to access any of the tests for analysis or retake?

Is anyone else facing the same problem or can someone please suggest a workaround for this?

omg yes same. this is happening to me right now too. i'm so pissed - I had a practice test scheduled for today.

Yes, the same happening since 11:30 am with me. I had to create a new account, which worked. I was writing the test and at the 27th Quant section, the test stopped. After that I am trying to log in and nothing.
It is so annoying. Last time too, when I was giving the test, a whole section got skipped.

Ugh!! That is incredibly frustrating to have gone through that much of the test for nothing!! Apparently this has been happening on and off for weeks now.

I tried clearing my cache but that didn't work. I unfortunately don't think I can make a new account because I bought exams and they only let you activate them once so I still wouldn't be able to access the purchased tests that I'm trying to take.

They really need to figure this out. This so not good.

OMG!! I was all set to take the third prep exam and the site just wouldn't load. Any tips on what I should do? This is messing with my whole schedule!!

I encountered same issues as well. For now, I can't even review my mock exams, with continuous error message as below:

Such error message frequently occur during weekend (i encountered some last weekend as well), when there's no available technical support around.

The thing is, i'll have my exam in less than 24 hours and i need all my resources available during this crucial time. Tried to contact the support since yesterday - zero feedback.

Such a shame a global and international standard like GMAT does not have appropriate 24-hours customer service and above-average website capability. This need to get fixed.

Are you all also getting the error "Signature verification process failed" when trying to review/ access your mocks?

It's been 2 days now...

tagheueraquaracer  I'm with you on that. This is just crazy. Week after week I'm looking for resolutions on some or the other errors with the website.

I could not access the test link as well. I logged in, an error read : An error has occured. It is shocking to me that even when this was a glitch from mbadotcom and examity's end they are not willing to provide any kind of resolution to me. Furthermore, the folks at examity are saying that they will not provide an opportunity to reschedule the exam since I was a "No show"....
