I don't know much to back my opinion. But if one has 10 years of experience then certainly an executive MBA is worth.

If you share more detail about profile then I will be able to guide you better.

Is it impossible that one with the same years of experience can complete MBA?

It is worth it for specific goals. You definitely can apply and reach out to business calls. Executive MBA admissions are much friendlier and less competitive than full-time. I suggested to Rachel to a couple business schools. Some even waive the GMAT requirement.

Hi there,

If your main concern is the GMAT, you should know that some EMBA programs don't require it - see more details here: https://www.aringo.com/mba-without-gmat/

If your main concern is doing a regular full-time MBA with your experience (or age), then you should know that while some top business schools may be a bit more selective when it comes to age, this concern tends to be blown out of proportion. In fact, with a solid application, candidates between 30 and 35 years of age may even have a better chance of getting accepted to the MBA programs of their choice. You can read more about this here: https://www.aringo.com/mba-over-30/
