Statement 1: The product mn is divisible by 11
Case 1: m = 11 and n = 1 answer to the question is YES
Case 2: m = 1 and n = 11 answer to the question is NO
Statement 2: n is not divisible by 11.
No information about m hence

Combining the two statements
Trick: The question has NOT mentioned whether m and n are Integers or NOT hence they may be fractions too
