Hi everyone. I have been practicing on their new online platform. I even purchased bunch of extra materials. However, their website is so terrible. It lags and even crashes. I was finishing my sample test and it crashed. Such a terrible experience.

Have any one encountered similar issues?
Any fix?

Thank you

It seems fine to me now, so it's possible that the issue was transient. If the website keeps giving you problems, this is how you contact mba.com - I'm not sure what their response would be exactly, but that's probably the most useful thing you can do.

Yeah I was facing this issue a few weeks back as well. Their SarasPrep website (which launches the test) seems to be buggy and lags a lot. The issue fixed itself after an hour or two though.

As I’m sure you’ve seen, GMAC has been having various issues with their online practice exams. Is the site still slow for you? Did you reach out to the folks at GMAC to alert them to the issue?
