Thanks for the replies! I still feel the score's not really reflective of my baseline score. Would it make sense to take the second practice test just to be sure?

Teja,

Go ahead and take the second test. I noticed that you left one question unanswered in the quant, if you had selected an answer to that question(even if incorrect), your score would have been higher by 20 points(my guess). The GMAT has a severe penalty for not completing the test.

So, yes go ahead and take the second GMATPrep Practice Test and complete the exam and see where you stand.
