Hi all, I wish to apply for R3 of ISB PGP this year and would love to get some advice and guidance from alums/folks who have successfully navigated the ISB applications. Any and all relevant advice with regards to the application/essays will be appreciated!

A lil bit about myself;

I am 24F residing in India.
GMAT FE Score: 735 (100 percentile)
Edu: BBA in Informations Systems & Operations Management from HKUST (Hong Kong)
Graduation CGA: 3.107 (78% out of 100%)
12th CBSE: 89%
10th CBSE: 9.8 CGPA
Work Ex: 4 years of Work Experience in Product/Project Management and Management Consulting.

What do my chances of selection look like based on the kind of profiles admitted? Any advice to help navigate the next 2 weeks till R3 deadline will be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi sgargab , I hope all is well! Your profile positions you as a competitive candidate for ISB R3, with strengths like an outstanding 735 GMAT score (100th percentile), 4 years of diverse work experience in product/project management and consulting across Hong Kong and India, and leadership roles in sustainability initiatives. While your GPA of 3.107/78% is slightly below the ISB average, it can be offset by emphasizing your academic rigor, global exposure, and professional impact in your application. To stand out in the highly competitive R3, focus on crafting compelling essays that highlight your unique experiences, career goals, and leadership potential. Secure strong LORs, quantify the impact of your extracurricular contributions, and align your aspirations with ISB’s offerings. With a well-prepared application you can have strong potential to succeed. All the very best. You can take a look at this blog.
