Received my invitation a couple of hours ago :)

Congrats, Belyok. Quick question - when did you receive your email stating that you're application was ready for review? Just want to see what their timing is like.

It was about three weeks ago (just the same time when everyone received this notification, I guess). The only difference with me was that they failed to recognize my transcripts at first, and I spent 4 hours on useless attempts to send a fax to the adcom via the Internet. Aaargh, what an experience that was ;) ;) ;)

To all those people with interview invites, did you guys receive an email about the Interview Invitation or does the application status change to reflect your "Invited to Interview" status or both

Hello there!
I'm submitting my R2 application today.
Haas is a stretch with my 640 GMAT but I think the rest of my application package is pretty compelling.
I went to Cal for my BA in architecture, not sure if that helps or hurts my chances of acceptance. Will keep y'all posted.

Congrats to those that submitted round 2! Must be a burden off your shoulders! Unfortunately, I was slammed at work this week and I'm not going to be able to finish my application within the next 30 minutes, so it looks like it's round 3 for me =(

I know that Adcom says there is no difference between round 2 and 3, so hopefully that's true!

Best of luck everybody!

Still no invite. Everyday I am getting more disheartened. I know interview invites go on for a few more weeks, but I'm starting to feel that sinking feeling since everyone I know personally that applied already received invites. Well, atleast there is still a little hope to cling on too.

Hi Haas applicants! FYI if you're applying to Haas through the Consortium Graduate Study in Management (CGSM), hop over to the Consortium 2012 Forum and Update Your Profile to reflect that you are applying through the Consortium.

It's simple. Just select your school as "Consortium, the", then indicate which specific institution(s) you'll be applying to and the Consortium round you'll be applying in. You can do all of this easily through the handy 'Add to Your Schools' link on the front page of the Consortium 2012 Forum.

We have a special analytics specifically for those candidates applying via Consortium and lots of useful tips for your application and assessment of your candidacy.

Cheers!

Got an interview invite today! I had written off any chance at a Haas interview weeks ago.

My stats: F/770/3.9/3 year WE in Venture Capital

I know they say that on and off campus interviews are given equal weight, but do you think it will reflect badly to do an off-campus interview if I live in LA (only a 1 hour flight to Berkeley)? I can't get out of a full day of work on such short notice at this time of year.

R1 interview completed - off-campus as I live overseas - just wondering based on previous years: is it possible to hear back well before the early Jan notification date if it's good news? Cheers!

Hi idcx11, congratulations on finishing the interview phase!

Can you say how was it? What did they ask you, was it a regular interview like you expected, or were they unique questions? Did they go over your CV, essays, etc.

Any information you can give on the interview would be great

Thanks!

Hi, blg529. First of all... Congrats! Second, can you let us know when you received the email saying your application was ready for review?

Interviewed on campus. My format was a little different.

Submitted App for R1 EWMBA.
Received invite week of thanksgiving.

Im a reapplicant and was invited last time too. This time i was not asked Why MBA, why Haas,

I was not asked What my most Significant achievement was.

I thought those two were a no brainer!
