I feel a perfect quant score or near perfect (750-800) is very acheivable if math is your thing. I think I read somewhere that an 800 GRE math is only 93%ile? I definitely think it is very achievable if you consider math one of your strengths. If you are someone who has had to study math rigorously throughout life to get "simpler topics" I would not bank on a perfect quant regardless of time spent studying.
As for your verbal question, I am not familiar with the Barron vocab list, but I would definitely suggest studying roots of words to gain a greater understanding of what a word may mean even if you don't know it. I would assume your vocab list will only be generically helpful as it's very hit or miss as to whether you'll get words you know.
