Congrats on all of your acceptances! That's no easy feat this year. I hope you get a ton of posts here because there's no "right" answer to this question though there is plenty of insight to be shared.
Our belief is that you should go with HEC's Strategic Management program. Not only does the program fit what MBB recruits for, but also the brand name is important. MBB will have a campus presence at all major European business schools. Yes, they will primarily target the MBAs, but they will also welcome applications from other masters degree candidates. If MBB is sending tons of HEC alumni to recruit on the HEC campus (and there might even be more "spots" allocated to HEC students), you can be sure that'll improve your chances.
There is a counter-argument/strategy that being a strong candidate coming from a lesser known school (where the students may be less MBB-focused) could be to your benefit, but I would rather be in the former position than this one.
Lastly, I don't think the matter of recruiting in Austria is as important. These big 3 firms recruit on a more global/continental basis. Recognition in Austria would be more relevant if it were a more local company.
