I have been admitted to Boston Questrom's MSMFT, HEC MSc in Data Science X and ESSEC's MSc Data Science program and have paid a deposit to all three schools. Which school should I go?

Congratulations on admit, as much as all 3 b-schools are equally good. HEC holds a better name among all 3.
HEC is been ranked as top Master's program B-School consistently over the years, being indulge with one will surely do good for your Career. ofcourse if you are looking forward for career in Europe than HEC is must.
Rest depends upon your personal choice, the location you prefer or the value of money you will be receiving. Take your pick wisely.

Congrats on your admit at 3-top Schools. Considering this pandemic situation and visa issues US schools are not suggestible for this intake. HEC is a better option which is ranked ahead compared to others. All the best.
