Help Choosing an exchange school to attend

Hello,

I'm currently enrolled in Korea University Business School working on my Global MBA, with an expected completion date of ~August 2014. Our program offers the chance to study abroad with partner schools to enhance global perspective. The exchange would last 2-4 months (one semester) and following the exchange I'd go back to Korea to graduate. I'm trying to decide which university to go abroad to study in.
First, some information about my background:
-I'm American
-Graduated from a tier 2 engineering university in America (studying chemistry)
-Worked in Sales and R&D in the US for 3 years

Information about my short term and long term goals:
Short term:
I'd like to work in B2C marketing in Korea following graduation, either for international MNC's or Korean MNC's
Long Term:
-I'd like to probably move back to the US after extensive international experience


I initially had the goal of becoming something of an "Asian expert" through studying and working in Eastern Asia. Now the time has come to select a school to study abroad in, and I'm having a bit of trouble deciding.

Japan's Tsukuba University
India's Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad
China's Fudan University
Chile 's Univeristy of Chile
Portugal's Catholic University of Portugal

I'm leaning towards either Fudan in China or IMT in India, but I'm not sure yet. In addition to the actual quality of the school program, quality of life and potential to make new connections and expand my international network in an up and coming country is also very important. Out of the above choices, and given my above goals and background, where would you recommend going?
