I suggest that If you have already written the essay than you should ask someone who knows you to review those essays without telling him/her what you are trying to say through the essay. If that person get your point via essay than your essay is good.
You can also ask for help from any alumni or current student of the college you are targeting to help you out if they have time.

Before looking for external help (particularly if you’re on a budget), really think deeply about the following:

1. What’s your story and what makes you unique (even if you’re an Indian male consultant, you’ll have something that’s unique to you)
2. Why do you want to do the MBA
3. Why the schools that you’ve applied to - what do they have that will help you reach your recruitment goal)

Also, think about how you can justify your career choice - it can’t just be - I read about it and plays to my strengths but really think ‘what have I done to date that contributes to this goal, what interests me about this career, what does the school have to support my career choice).
