Artihmetic progression question. 1 in 10s digit and 3 in units digit. so we are looking for 324713, 324813, 324913.......458413, 458513
458513 Minus 324713 we get 133800.
Divide that by 100 as the pattern repeats every 100 numbers, we get 1338. Since the numbers are inclusive, add a 1 and you get the answer as (E)

i get E as well..

13 appears once every 100 numbers..

so 458,600-324,700=133900/100=1339
