Hi,

Why can we find the number of odd factors by just putting aside the even factor and not apply the same method to find the number of even factors?

By applying the same method I would find 14 but that's obviously wrong. What's the logic behind finding the total nbr of factors and then subtracting the number of odd factors?

Thanks a lot!
