Let, x quarts of Lemonade concentrate is required to achieve the desired outcome
\(x + (\frac{12}{100})*10 = (\frac{20}{100})*(10+x)\)
i.e. 100x + 120 = 200 + 20x
i.e. x = 1

Alligation rule:
Ratio is (Higher concentrate - Desired mix) : (Desired mix - Lower concentrate) or 80:8 or 10:1.
Now we need to find how many liters are needed:
Weak Concentrate Amount (10 liters) / Ratio (10/1) = 10/1 *1/10 = 10/10 or 1 liter.
