Between 12:00 and 1:00, it happens once.
Between 1:00 and 2:00, it happens once.
Between 2:00 and 3:00, it happens once.
Between 3:00 and 4:00, it happens once.
Between 4:00 and 5:00, it happens once.
Between 5:00 and 6:00, it doesn't happen at all.
At 6:00 it happens.
Between 6:00 and 7:00, it doesn't happen at all.
Between 7:00 and 8:00, it happens once.
Between 8:00 and 9:00, it happens once.
Between 9:00 and 10:00, it happens once.
Between 10:00 and 11:00, it happens once.
Between 11:00 and 12:00, it happens once.

at 5:55, aren't they opposite? (You said between 5:00 and 6:00, it doesn't happen at all)
