How much money did Day School D spend on operating expenses?

(1) The total budget for the school was \$9 million.
(2) The school spent \$2,160,000 on student aid.

Hi..
Say total is x
Operating expenses are 63%of x or 0.63*x..
So we require to know x

Let's see what the statements tell us

1) total budget is \$9 million.
The value of x is given directly..
So Ans is 0.63*9=\$5.67 million
Sufficient

2) school spent \$2.1 million on school aid..
So 24%of x =2.16...
Again x can be found ..
0.24x=2.16........x=216/24=9
So X is \$9 million..
So 0.63x=0.63*9=\$5.67 million
Sufficient

The pie graph tells us how much budget the school allocated from the \$9 million. But there's no info about how much the school spent out of the 63% budget allocated for Operating Expenses. Right?
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks
