Hi

I got into Smith and Carlson with a scholarship and also got a call from Georgetown.
Can someone help me decide among them?

Depends...
What's your Post MBA goals?
How much difference is the scholarship making in your funding sources?
What kind of fraternity works best for you?

If you go purely ranking based, Georgetown beats Smith hands down. But you need to take into other factors into consideration - especially the debt and the RoI.

You did not really share any info about what drivers you have and what scholarship you received. Hard to say.
