How to escalate issue raised with GMAC Customer Support team?
On the 10th of this month, I had scheduled the online GMAT. While going through the check-in process with the Proctor, the ESSecureBrowser didn't instal on the laptop. After trying various ways to solve the issue for two hours, the proctor advised me to reschedule the exam.
Ever since then I am following up with GMAC on the ESSecureBrowser issue , but no help received yet . This is blocking me from booking the next date for the exam.
Any help with contact or escalation process will be very much appreciated.
