Almost a month ago I started to use an error log. When I get some question wrong, I review it to see what I did wrong and 3 days later I do it again. Based on my researchs, if I increase two points in Quant or in Verbal I'll achieve my target score. I just need 600!!!

Hello everyone.
Two weeks ago I got 560 (Q44 V21) in the GMAT Prep mock test and yesterday I did a MGMAT mock test and I got 580 (Q42 V29 --- the worse verbal section was CR). My target score is 600 (I have 99% that with this score I will be accepted in the school I want to apply). Is it possible to increase 20 points in almost one week of full-time study? Do you guys have any suggestion of what should I do in this time?
Thank you very much

Don't forget that there is a margin of error and your score should be plus or minus 20 points. Assuming that your MGMAT CAT performance level is the same as on actual test date your official score could fluctuate between 560 and 600 (depending on the questions you actually get)

You must be confident when you enter the examination center.

Abulsirr, based on your comment, do you have any advice so that I can be more confident and take the best of the exam? 600...that's all I need :?

Hi luigi.roza,

Since your score goal is relatively modest, and you're so close to it right now, you have to think in terms of the work that you need to do to keep the little mistakes from happening. You don't need to correctly answer ANY question that you think is too hard or too weird, so you can 'dump' those questions. However, you need to correctly answer most of the 'gettable' questions - and right now you're missing out on some of those points. I'll bet that there are at least a few questions on every CAT that you COULD have gotten correct but didn't. If you do a bit more work on the PAD (NOT 'in your head'), take the proper notes, etc., then you should be able to pick up those missing points without too much trouble.
