I stopped eating sugar and different snacks and it helps me.
I cannot break my habits

Why not make a substitute for those snacks. Try yogurt and other healthy snacks, I'm pretty sure it will help you start with something that is for the better.

The only healthy way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. If you use this product and lose weight, although you eat the same way and lead the same lifestyle as before, then something is wrong in your body. I know that women have had stomach problems after such foods. And some have gained more weight than they had before using such a product.

I reached the fittest state in my life during lockdown. I followed these rules:

- More daily protein intake
- stress your body by any kind of weight. I used to put heavy books in a backpack and do planks.
- More intense sprints. (sprinting increases metabolism and the effect lasts for days)
- More water intake. Clean eating as much as possible.

Sexy results follow. 😁
