usually anysort of exercise that makes you hearth beat go up and breath faster burns fat !
you have to lower your input while ecreasing your output energy

I think you’re not alone :-(
It will be interesting to see how many people gained weight. Well I know a number of people who have been paying more attention to their workout routines, it is a lot harder to maintain an active lifestyle while in the lock down.

Honestly, It has been really tough. I live alone and was all by myself for last 6 months. So I won't lie I did eat stress eating a lot but eventually I became more mindful of what goes in terms of like calorie proportion (calories per gram) and was able to enjoy some delicacies.

I found solace in GRE/GMAT forums :D
Keeping busy was very important that time.

I tried keto and lemon water but nothing worked on me. I have long hours job in six days a week, I couldn't get time for exercise, but recently tried adagio tea and felt minor weight reduce, the tea is good but little expensive.

to start losing weight you don't need much. feel your body, listen to it's desires. if you want a burger, why not eat it?
do yoga if you can't weight lift. do not skip dinner, it will only lead you to yo-yo dieting.
go to doctor and ask for supplement prescription, help your body.
don't count your calories, they mean nothing. look at glycemic (glycaemic) index. or it's just leptin resistance?
sometimes there're actually health problems standing behind.

A friend suggested that I should try a calorie-deficit diet while continuing with the exercise routine he gave me before. There's a lot of people I've heard doing this and got positive results though I'll be doing this after the holidays. :/

Losing weight is a bit difficult task then gaining weight. You should exercise regularly along
with a proper diet plan because a proper diet is really important for losing weight. Avoid
oily foodstuff few milk products like cheese, butter.
