Friends,

for verbal section I always have not enough time.
When time is not limited, I have time for the whole process (pre-thinking and etc), my results are much better.
But when time is limited, I have a lot of mistakes. Usually, when I start to hurry or in the end, when I don't have time at all for last several questions.

What the strategy should be in such case? What is the best way to improve time per question?

My quant score is 40-44 without practise (I haven't started Ofiicial guide), so I expect to increase it after practise.
The best strategy is to improve Verbal first, then start quant?

Hey BagretsovaN,

On average, you should be aiming to answer each question, in less than two minutes.

When it comes to the timing aspects of the test and stress management - make sure you think extreme positivity and pay attention to this critical element of the test. We highly recommend that you read through the timing tips that we put together for you on this blog post:
https://www.gmatpill.com/about/studying- ... trategies/

Also, in case you haven't seen, the GMAT Timer is just one of many features we already have in the Practice Pill Platform: https://www.gmatpill.com/gmat-practice-test/

You can time yourself for each question, get a video explanation explained the GMAT PILL way, and post questions / get answers to your questions.

Best of luck - we are here to help.

For each question that takes you long, re-do it and find out why it took you longer than 2 minutes. Was it slow reading? Missing critical details? Identifying wrongly the conclusion? Trying too hard to reason out answer choices? Not understanding the argument?
