Hi,
I got 19 questions correct in the quant section yet ended up with 81 percentile, can anyone please explain? Also, I do not feel I got any hard or very hard questions despite getting 16 questions in a row. I want to understand how the scoring algorithm works. I did not correct any answers. (i got queston 17 and question 20 wrong)

There's also some myth vs. fact info (e.g. in the beginning of the Official-Guide 2024) you may find interesting.

Unfortunately, since GMAC owns the algorithm, no one can tell you for sure what happened with your score, but here is an article that will provide some insight:
