I have studied English for more than 20 years and I consider myself really fluent , I am able to understand any movie word by word , I don’t even notice I am listening to a foreign language , but in IELTS listening section I can not score more than 10/40 , best 11/40 , I really have no idea what to do , while my speaking result came back 8.5 my listening came back 4 :( please help me get better at this test

IELTS listening shouldn't be a problem for you given your background. Though I think it's more of a spelling error? I've been using English for as long as yours and turned out with a 8.5 speaking and listening. I suspect it might just be how you fill in the words itself. Good luck! I'm pretty sure you can nail it :)

Given your background English shouldn't be a problem, it must be silly mistakes. Here is something I used for my IELTS and got 7.5 average. I used this 2 weeks prior to my test date so that all the tips are fresh in my mind.

A little bit of listening practice is recommended.
