$$(\frac{3x}{4} - 2)^2 = 0$$

i.e. $$\frac{3x}{4} = 2$$

i.e. $$x = \frac{8}{3}$$

Another way to solve this is by number sense.

We want the $$\frac{3x}{4}$$ to be equal to 2 in order to get an answer of 0.

Only answer choice E satisfies the above.

$$\frac{3}{4}* \frac{8}{3}$$
