Can be done using venn diagram or simple % logic.
Dogs + cats - both + neither = 100%
Let "both" be x (It is subtracted to remove overlap)
45 + 60 - x + 25 = 100
130 - x = 100
x = 30
Hence, D

Let's call D the set of participants who liked dogs and C the set of participants who likes cats. We are looking for C intersect D.
Since 25% didn't like either, then 75% is C union D.
(C union D) = C + D - (C intersect D) we can rearrange to find
(C intersect D) = C + D - (C union D) = 45%+60%-75% = 30%
